Digital Products

Most products sold through Antivirus Guard 360, including antivirus software, activation keys, subscription licenses, and downloadable security solutions, are delivered digitally. Once a digital license key has been generated, emailed, or activated, the order is generally not eligible for cancellation because digital products cannot be returned after delivery.

Technical Support Services

If you have scheduled a technical support session and wish to cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Requests received before the scheduled service begins may be eligible for cancellation or rescheduling, depending on the nature of the service.
